1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is GRUNDFOS Pumps Ltd. Grovebury Road, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 4TL, United Kingdom.

 

2. Promotion Overview

2.1 This promotion entitles those that purchase a qualifying Grundfos Magna pump (see 6.3), scan the promotion QR code to be directed to the promotion microsite at winwithGrundfos.co.uk to complete and submit the claim form to receive a gift as detailed below.

 

3. Eligibility

3.1 This promotion is open only to residents of the United Kingdom who are Account Holders at Wolseley, are aged 18 years or over at the time of participation, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and those professionally associated with this Promotion. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

 

4. Qualifying Purchase

4.1 Purchase of a Grundfos Magna pump from participating Pipe Centre branches, see 6.3 below.

 

5. Promotion Period

5.1 The promotion claim period is from 00:01 1st June 2026 to 23:59 31st August 2026 inclusive.

5.2 Claims received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

6. How to Enter

6.1 Purchase a Grundfos Magna pump (see 6.3 qualifying products) from Pipe Centre, scan the promotional QR code to be directed to the online claim form at winwithGrundfos.co.uk, complete the form with your name, email address, read and accept the Terms and Conditions and submit your claim with an upload of your purchase receipt/invoice from Pipe Centre.

6.2 Maximum five gifts per Wolseley account holder during the promotion period.

7. Gift with Purchase Claim Process

7.1 Purchasers of a qualifying pump can submit their claim with the applicable purchase receipt/invoice. Following validation the claim will be approved. For your total confidence, the validation process will be conducted by PromoNow, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the claim submission.

7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to reject any claims which it considers in its absolute discretion to be fraudulent, invalid, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoters decision is final.

7.4 Provided no objection is received from the recipient, a recipients list will be made available on behalf of the Promoter by its Prize Promotion agency Prize Professionals 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks to those that request it via email to hello@prizeprofessionals.com. Recipients can object to their details being published during the claim process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide recipient information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

7.5 No person may receive more than 5 gifts.

 

8. Gift Details & Notification

8.1 Recipients will be notified by SMS within 7 calendar days of a successful claim. Recipients may be requested to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. The SMS will contain details on the digital gift card from Greggs.

8.2 Notification will be made to the details submitted at the point of claim. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect details entered.

8.3 If a promotional item is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the item for another equal or greater value.

8.4 Promotional items are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be provided.

8.5 By participating in the Promotion, participants agree that the gift is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the gift.

Any pictures depicting the gift on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual gifts may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as gifts.

8.6 The gift in detail: £10 Greggs Digital Gift Card.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months.
Gift issued via SMS to the mobile number entered (Pipe Centre Account Holder).
Must be activated within three months.

9. Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or participation of the gift.

 

10. Data Protection

10.1 GRUNDFOS Pumps Ltd. is the data controller for this promotion. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the GRUNDFOS Pumps Ltd. Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.grundfos.com/uk/legal/privacy

10.2 Participants' personal information will be used solely for administering this promotion and will not be shared with third parties (except for prize fulfillment purposes) without positive consent.

10.3 At the point you enter this promotion, we’ll give you the option to consent to us using the email address you submit for marketing and promotional purposes. So, if you give us your consent, we may send you marketing and promotional emails about Grundfos from time to time. To subsequently withdraw your consent, click the unsubscribe link in any of the marketing or promotional emails we send you.

10.4 All data with the gift fulfillment provider will be stored securely and deleted after a reasonable period following the closure of the promotion.

 

11. General Conditions

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion, in whole or in part, without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.

11.2 Any decision by the Promoter in relation to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11.3 The Promoter may request that the recipients participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the recipient's discretion and is not a condition of gift Acceptance.

11.4 The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any claim awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. To assist in this validation, the Promoter will use PromoProtect from PromoNow to give a trust score against all entries.

The Promoter or its Agents reserves the right to:
Cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if it cannot proceed as planned due to reasons such as tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control that compromise or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Promotion. Disqualify any entries that exceed the maximum permitted number or are submitted using methods such as scripting, brute force, multiple SIM cards for text entries, IP address manipulation, use of aliases, false identities, or any other unauthorised means. Disqualify bulk entries originating from individuals, businesses, consumer groups, or third parties, together with incomplete or automatically generated entries, including those submitted via macros or similar automated tools. Disqualify any entries that tamper with the entry process or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions in any way.

11.5 The gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.

11.6 No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.

11.7 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Gift(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

11.8 The Promoter will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (Acts of God), pandemics or epidemics, extreme weather, fire, strikes or industrial action, war, terrorism, conflict, political instability, riots, civil unrest, plague, or other similar events.

11.9 By participating, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

11.10 If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

11.11 The promotion terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. These courts will have the exclusive right to settle any disputes related to our promotions.
